How item values are decided

There is no official price

Roblox does not publish a price for a Frost Dragon. Neither do the game developers. Every value list you have ever seen, including this one, is a summary of what the community has settled on through actual trades.

Why Neon and Mega multipliers differ per pet

A common mistake is assuming Neon is always worth, say, four times the base pet. It is not. Making a Neon needs four fully grown copies, so the multiplier depends on how hard the base pet is to get four of.

For a cheap, common pet, four copies are easy, so the Neon is worth barely more than four of them. For a rare pet, four copies may be nearly impossible, so the Neon is worth far more than four times. We store the multiplier per item for this reason.

Demand is not the same as value

An item can be worth a lot and still be hard to trade away, because few people want it right now. Demand tells you how quickly it will move, not what it is worth.

If you need something specific in return, a high-value, low-demand item can leave you waiting a long time.

How win, fair and loss are decided

We add up both sides and compare. If the gap is inside the game's fair band, we call it fair. Outside it, the larger side wins.

When values change

• A new update adds pets, and older ones drop.
• An event brings an item back, and its rarity premium collapses.
• A popular video pushes demand for one item up for a week.
• Duplication exploits flood the market and a value falls fast.

We show the date next to each value. If it is old and the game has just updated, treat it as a starting point rather than an answer.
